Ai Ogura claims first MotoGP win in Assen after Bezzecchi crash
Japanese rider wins Dutch GP as championship leader Marco Bezzecchi is hospitalized after high-speed crash.

Japan's Ai Ogura secured his maiden MotoGP victory at the Dutch Grand Prix in Assen on Sunday, after championship leader Marco Bezzecchi was taken to hospital following a violent high-speed crash.
Bezzecchi, riding for Aprilia, lost control of his bike at over 200 km/h on the third lap. He was conscious and, according to his team, suffered no major physical or neurological damage but was experiencing intense pain. He was transferred to a medical facility for further evaluation.
Race outcome
Ogura, riding for Trackhouse Racing, overtook his teammate Raul Fernandez late in the race and won by more than two seconds. It was the first MotoGP victory for a Japanese rider since Makoto Tamada in 2004. 'It's fantastic, I don't have much to say but I'm really very happy. Many thanks to my team,' Ogura said.
Fernandez, who had won Saturday's sprint race, finished second, while Jorge Martin took third after starting from pole. The result reshuffled the championship standings: Martin now leads the title race, with Bezzecchi seven points behind in second and Ogura moving up to fourth.
