Tsitsipas ends title drought with Swiss Open victory

Stefanos Tsitsipas won his first ATP Tour title in 16 months by defeating Belgium's Raphael Collignon in the Swiss Open final in Gstaad on Sunday. The Greek came through 6-4, 6-7 (3-7), 6-3 to secure the 13th trophy of his career and his sixth on clay.

The 27-year-old former world No.3 had not won a title since March 2025, when he triumphed at the Dubai Open. His victory over the 24-year-old Collignon, who was competing in his first ATP final, will see Tsitsipas climb from 85th to 55th in the ATP rankings when the updated list is released on Monday.
